Award winning technology provider takes Gerrards Cross lease to accommodate its future growth plans

Reference Point, an award-winning UK-based technology provider, has taken a ten-year lease on the newly refurbished Shire House in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire.

Sorbon Estates, the commercial arm of Buckinghamshire-based Shanly Group and B P Collins Solicitors’ Commercial Property Services Division have secured on behalf of Reference Point a letting on the whole of the 6,363 sq ft self-contained office building.

Reference Point provides software for a range of major companies, including Network Rail, London Underground, Thames Water and Australasian Rail.
