Coronavirus Update: 30 March 2020

Monday, 30 March 2020

As a company delivering safety critical systems, we recognise the importance of continuing to provide first-class services to our clients whilst also helping prevent the spread of the virus. We would like to assure all our clients and system users that for us it is business as usual. While ensuring that safety is our top priority, keeping our projects and business moving forward remains our key focus.

We have followed the Government guidelines to protect our staff, and we have highly-secure remote working facilities in place, providing all our personnel with access to everything they need to do their job. As a result, we expect to continue to deliver uninterrupted support to our clients.

The technology-driven solutions we provide are cloud-based with high resilience and redundancy built in. Our infrastructure team, who have remote access to all systems, are able to carry out all usual maintenance operations, as well as dealing with any issues (minor or major) that might arise with the same level of efficiency as when working from the office.

To help support and inform people in this time of change and uncertainty we are providing a free COVID-19 course, which encompass the latest advice and statistics from the World Health Organisation.

The Reference Point team remain as committed as ever and available to assist during this challenging time.
